Vesta is a Mexican company incorporated in 1998. Today, it has become one of the leading industrial developers in Mexico. With over 1 million square meters of industrial and distribution facilities (10.7 million square feet) in 11 States within the country, it has been able to consistently grow, to attract world class multinational firms and achieved a 95% retention rate.

The company has focused on the development of Build to Suit and Spec (inventory) buildings for lease, mainly for light manufacturing operations and distribution. Most of its clients are in sectors such as aerospace, food and beverages, logistics, electronics, automotive and medical devices.

Vesta has also been successful in raising equity in the U.S. and Europe with highly credited private and public financial firms. It has also been able to access debt on a competitive basis for the benefit of its clients which can access the best leasing alternatives.
